At Parkhotel Ladinia, waking up becomes a little daily ritual. Holding that first cup of coffee in your hands, surrounded by our panoramic windows, a curtain between the private park and the outline of Monte Pelmo, is truly priceless.
Our buffet offers homemade pastries, different types of bread and croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and a selection of cold cuts every morning. On request, we can also prepare hot egg dishes to order, so you can start your day just the way you like.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30, but if you’d like to set off early to explore the Dolomites, we’ll be happy to prepare a breakfast box. Available on request and delivered the evening before.

Our kitchen selects top-quality ingredients and serves a different menu every evening, following the seasons and catering to a range of tastes and palates.
Dinner includes a starter, a first course and a main course to choose from four options each, and dessert, as well as a generous buffet of salads and vegetables, snacks, mini pizzas and cheeses.
To complete the experience, we offer a carefully curated wine list, featuring wines from many regions of Italy, selected to complement and enhance every dish from our kitchen.
We pay particular attention to food intolerances. Just let us know before you arrive, so we can carefully prepare the most suitable alternatives.
Dinner is included with half board, but our restaurant is also open to guests who have booked bed and breakfast or are staying in our apartments.

How is breakfast served at Parkhotel Ladinia?
Every morning, enjoy a generous buffet featuring homemade cakes, a selection of breads and croissants, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and cold cuts.
On request, we prepare hot egg dishes to order, so you can start your day full of energy.
What is the breakfast room like?
It features large floor-to-ceiling windows offering splendid views of our garden and Monte Pelmo. Natural light and the Dolomites panorama make breakfast a lovely moment to savour at your leisure.
What are the breakfast and dinner times? What if I can’t make it on time?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. If you’re planning an early start for an excursion or a trip, we’ll be happy to prepare a takeaway breakfast box for you, which we’ll deliver the evening before.
Dinner is served from 19:30 to 21:00. Families with children are welcome to come to the dining room from 19:15.
If you expect to arrive after 21:00 on your check-in day, don’t worry: on request, we’ll be happy to prepare a cold meal of cold cuts, mixed salad and dessert, available until 23:00.
Can I have lunch at the hotel?
Certainly. During the summer season, we also offer full board, including a three-course lunch served from 12:30 to 13:30.
During the winter season, the restaurant is not open for lunch.
How does dinner work? Is it table service or buffet?
Dinner combines table service with a generous buffet. Starters, a first course and a main course are served at your table, with four options to choose from for each course, as well as dessert. The menu changes daily, so you can enjoy new dishes throughout your stay.
Dinner is rounded off with a buffet of salads and vegetables, appetizers, mini pizzas and cheeses.
Do you also serve traditional Dolomite dishes?
Yes. The Parkhotel Ladinia kitchen places special emphasis on local flavours.
Every evening, we serve traditional Dolomite dishes, easily identified on the menu by an asterisk (*).
If I’m staying on a B&B basis or in an apartment, can I still have dinner at the restaurant?
Of course, you’re very welcome. You can choose between the full menu and the à la carte options, according to your preferences.
Do you offer alternatives for guests with food intolerances or allergies?
Yes. We are particularly attentive to our guests’ dietary needs and food intolerances.
Please let us know about any allergies or intolerances before arrival so we can make arrangements in advance and carefully prepare suitable alternatives.
