Free shuttle to the San Vito ski slopes
During the winter season, the municipality of San Vito offers a free, on-call ski bus service.
Your driver will pick you up directly from the hotel in a comfortable 7-seater minibus and take you to the San Vito ski lifts and the fun Parco Neve e Sole.
The transfer runs every day from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a short lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm. A ski pass is not required.
Children are welcome!
For a family holiday near Cortina, the hotel offers a spacious playroom where children can have fun in complete safety, with a fairytale tower, an interactive table with over 30 games (cards, Connect Four, tic-tac-toe, Sudoku, memory, draughts, puzzles, etc.), table football, air hockey, a climbing wall, giant LEGO bricks and much more. Fun for the whole family!
On the slopes with the kids
In winter, San Vito is the perfect village for a family ski holiday: the nearby ski slopes are uncrowded and enjoy plenty of sunshine. The large Parco Neve e Sole, 1 km from the hotel, with two conveyor lifts, bobsleigh and sledging runs, as well as a beginner ski slope and lots of inflatable play equipment, is the ideal place to have fun and meet new friends.

What if the weather is bad? No problem, our indoor pool (30°, 1.40 m deep) is waiting for you to play and have fun in the pleasantly warm water. For little ones, please remember to bring a swim nappy. Thank you.
With the kids in summer
Summer in the mountains with children is full of small and great adventures: easy walks discovering the Dolomites’ lakes, family-friendly equipped trails, where you can feel like real explorers, or a visit to farms with animals. For a fun-filled day, try the Fun Bob in Auronzo di Cadore, speeding down through meadows and woods, or explore the scenic Gole di Federa in Cortina, with more than 15 waterfalls and adventurous canyons.
For leisurely walks, we recommend the Dolomites pedestrian and cycle path, next to the hotel park and away from traffic. With very little incline, it is also ideal for pushchairs. In summer, we provide bicycles for adults and children free of charge, along with helmets, so you can explore the surrounding area together.
To round off your days in the great outdoors, the public gardens of San Vito, next to our large park, offer play equipment for little ones and plenty of opportunities to make new friends.

Laundry service
During your stay, you can leave your clothes in our care thanks to our in-house laundry service.
On request, we will wash and iron your clothes with the utmost care, ensuring they are returned within 24 hours.
Two different options are available:
1. Laundry service €20.00
One load of laundry, 4–5 kg, preferably consisting of items of similar colours.The service includes washing only, with no ironing. Once finished, your clothes will be dried and returned neatly folded.
2. Per-item service
You can choose the treatment best suited to your needs:

Mountain Bike & E-Bike
During the summer season, our guests can use mountain bikes for adults and children free of charge, ideal for exploring the area at your own pace. Bikes come with a helmet and lock for safe cycling and must be reserved at reception.
For those looking to tackle more challenging routes or cover longer distances, we also offer on-site electric mountain bike rental for € 35.00 per day.
Our location is particularly privileged: the Dolomites cycle path runs right in front of the hotel, allowing you to set off directly from the property and immerse yourself in the beauty of the landscape.
A bike ride is the perfect way to discover the Dolomites, for all ages, in complete freedom and at your own pace.

How does the restaurant service work, and what treatments do you offer?
Excellence in dining is our hallmark. We offer a range of meal plans, from Bed & Breakfast to Half Board (and Full Board in summer):
- Breakfast (7:30 am–10:30 am): A lavish morning spread served in our bright dining room, with floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows and views of Monte Pelmo.
- Gourmet Dinner (7:30 pm–9:00 pm): The menu changes daily. In addition to the four courses served at the table, our guests can enjoy an inviting buffet of vegetables, snacks, mini pizzas and cheeses.
- Afternoon Break: From 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, enjoy complimentary tea, sandwiches and homemade cakes at the bar.
Can I dine at the restaurant if I’m staying in the apartments?
Absolutely. If you prefer the freedom of our apartments (Residence Ladinia or Residence Peniè), you can still enjoy the convenience of our restaurant. Residence guests can book dinner at special partner rates during the hotel’s opening periods.
Where can I park my car, and do you offer EV charging?
